2. How much does shipping cost?

You can enjoy free shipping on orders over US$100. Otherwise, Premium Shipping costs US$25.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable. However, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers. Therefore, even if it is a free product, the shipping fee will still be charged.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click: TRACK MY ORDER to track the shipment status.

5. Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?
1. When the product is delivered tothe carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to theorder page afterwards.
2. Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for thepackage to arrive at the airport of the international shippingcenter, During this period, there is no transport information forinland transport from factory to the international shippingcenter. The shipping information will not be updated until thepackage arrives at the international shipping center and isscanned.

6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at professionalpickleballstore@gmail.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.

We have a 30-day return policy on most of our items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping is not included. Shipping costs and additional service charges such as gift wrap are non-refundable. 

This does not cover any:

- normal wear and tear

- Paddle abuse or making contact with objects besides a pickleball

- You must be the original purchaser to claim the Refund.

You are typically responsible for the return shipping costs. However, we will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock. To start a return, you can contact us at professionalpickleballstore@gmail.com. We will get back to you with the return address in 24-48 hours. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
